Shipping Policy

Delivery time: PostNord is one of our largest delivery partners and we also work with the transport service DHL for the delivery of our products. We have two types of delivery times. Express (1-3 business days) and financing (3-5 business days). We always try to deliver within the time specified at checkout (unless there is a natural disaster such as extreme snowfall, extreme rain, volcanic ash, storm, earthquake, etc.). We hope that this is okay because we are trying to reduce trade barriers. After all, all our customers are equally important to us.

Refund And Returns Policy

How can I return my online order?

If you wish to return your products, you can do so within 30 days of receiving them. If your order was sent in multiple packages, they may have different return instructions. Detailed information can be found on the delivery note in the package.

Follow the steps below to complete your return:

Register your return by sending an email to return@socksstore.dk or using our contact form on the website. Please provide your order number and explain the reason for your return. Always include your active cell phone number in the email so we can send a QR code directly to your phone.
Place the goods in appropriate packaging, for example the same packaging in which they were delivered.
Once we receive your return request, we will immediately send a QR code to the mobile phone number provided in the email.
Postnord and DHL are our delivery partners. Once you have received the QR code, visit a Postnord or DHL branch and show the QR code. Return the product to the store. You create the return label and send the product to us. You also have the option to return products from Buy Any Socks, Sweden. Bring your packing slip along with the products you wish to return. Not all products can be returned in store. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of underwear products even if the product is opened or unopened.

How many days does it take to receive a refund?

If you have received a defective product from us, we always offer a full refund. Refunds usually take 3-4 business days. If you return a product within 30 days, we will refund the money in full, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. However, if the original packaging is damaged and the product has been used, the return will not be accepted even if you send the product within 30 days.

APPOINTMENT

All prices are set by Buy Any Socks. A binding agreement between you as a customer and Buy Any Socks is created once your order has been approved by Buy Any Socks. Buy Any Socks will send you a confirmation email once your order is received and on its way. You can only buy products in the Buy Any Socks online shop if you are a private customer. Not a business customer.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices include VAT and other expenses. The applicable VAT rate is indicated for the product at the time of ordering in the Buy Any Socks online shop. Buy Any Socks reserves the right to change prices and other costs stated in the Buy Any Socks online store at any time, e.g. due to changes in the tax rate and additional costs, increased costs or as a result of the average customer price development based on Sweden. Refunds for discounted products are based on the invoice price.
