Return and Refund Policy
HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?
If you want to make a return, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your products. If your order was sent in several packages, they may have different return instructions, you will find detailed information on the delivery note inside the package.
FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN:
1. Register your return by sending an email to return@socksstore.se or use our contact form on the website. Please write your order number and explain the reason for your return. Always enter your active mobile number in the mail so that we can send a QR code directly to your mobile.
2. Place the goods in suitable packaging, for example the same packaging in which they were delivered.
3. When we receive your return request, we immediately send a QR code to the mobile number mentioned in the email.
4. Postnord and DHL is our delivery partner. So once you have received the QR code, visit any postnord or DHL store and show the QR code. Hand over the product to the store. They create the return label and send the product to us. You also have the option of returning products Socks Store in Sisjön, Sweden. Bring your packing slip together with the products you want to return. Not all products can be returned to the store. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of underwear products even if the product is opened or unopened.
HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
If you received a faulty product from us, we always offer a full refund. Refunds usually take 3-4 banking days. If you return a product within 30 days, you will receive a full refund from us when the product is unopened and in the original packaging. But if the original packaging is broken and the product is used, the return will not be accepted even if you send the product within 30 days.
CONTRACT
All prices are determined by Socks Store. A binding agreement between you as a customer and Socks Store is formed when your order has been approved by Socks Store. Socks Store will send you a confirmation via e-mail when your order has gone through, and the delivery is on its way. You can only buy products at the Socks Store online store if you are a private customer. Not a business customer.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices include VAT and other expenses. The applicable current tax rate is written in the Socks Store online shop for the product at the time of order. Socks Store reserves the right to change the prices and other expenses listed in the Socks Store online store at any time, e.g., due to changes in the tax rate and additional expenses, increased costs, or as a result of median customer price trends based in Sweden. Discounted product refund will be made based on the invoice price.
