Delivery Terms

At Socks Store, we know how important it is to have a short delivery time. Therefore, we promise to ship your order according your shipping priority that you select durring the purchase. As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation via E-mail with an invoice, and details regarding your order and your tracking number. You can now track your package until it reaches you. A copy of your tracking number is also sent to your mobile as an SMS. Therefore, we recommend that customers always enter their mobile number when shopping in the Socks Store web store. 

Most of the time we will delivery the parcel to your door. If it takes more than 5 working days, we recommend to report us. Sometimes  your package may arrive at the nearest collection point if the parcel is really big, then you will receive an SMS with information about your package and where it can be collected.

Right of return

The right to return an item is valid for 30 days. As a rule, the first day is calculated from the day you receive your product or your first delivery. Within that time period, you are all entitled to inform us and to return the parcel. Due to the hygine concern, We don't accept the return if 
1. the original packaging is opened.
2. the product is used.
3. the product is not returned in original packaging.

To cancel the order

Before the deadline expires of the return period, the goods you received must need to be sent back to Socks Store. For your safety, you should save your receipt from the post office, which refers to the return shipping details. You must mention if you want a similar product, or a refund of your money. If you choose a refund, you will not be refunded the shipping costs if
1. the product is not faulty from the begining.
2. the product is not damaged during the shipping.
3. the product is damaged during the return.

When Socks Store replaces the product, the parcel will be  shipped within three business days. If the product is not in stock, then your money will be refunded.
