Contract

All prices are determined by Socks Store. A binding agreement between you (age must be over 18 years) as a customer and Socks Store is formed when your order has been approved by Socks Store. Socks Store will send you a confirmation via email when your order has been processed and the delivery is underway. You can only purchase products from Socks Store's online store if you are a private customer (age must be over 18 years). Not a corporate customer.

 

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT and other charges. The applicable current tax rate is written in the Socks Store online shop for products at the time of ordering. Socks Store reserves the right to change prices and other charges listed in the Socks Store online shop at any time, e.g., due to changes in the tax rate and additional charges, increased costs, or as a result of median customer price trends based in Sweden. In that case, Socksstore will notify the customer by email with full information about the delay. As soon as the customer places the order, a confirmation email will be sent immediately. When the product is registered for delivery, it will be sent and registered with delivery information via email. The customer can contact Socksstore's customer service by email to get information about the status of their purchase. In that case, the customer must mention the unique order number. We always ask our customers to fill in the address form correctly so that we can deliver the goods on time.

 

Right of withdrawal

The customer must notify us of the use of the right of withdrawal within 30 days.

The customer always has the right to return the product. Even if the product is opened from the package. Refund

To return the product, the customer must register with Socksstore within 30 days. As soon as Socksstore receives the product return report, Socksstore will arrange a refund within 30 days. The refund of the payment is made in the same way that the customer made the payment when the customer purchased the item. At Socksstore, we use Klarna as our payment method. So if the customer takes some extra benefits from Klarna, Socksstore is not responsible for it. Socksstore will only refund the money paid for the product and the delivery costs. If there are other fees paid by the customer during the payment period, Socksstore will also refund the fees. However, if the fees are not related to Socksstore, Socksstore is not responsible for refunding these fees. However, Socksstore will always refund the product costs, shipping costs and any fees.
If the products are defective from the start, Socksstore will pay for the return shipping. Customers can inform in more detail if they want to report the defective product. Customers must always send an email and write the order information in more detail if they want to return a product.

 

Complaints and seller's guarantee

If the goods you have purchased are defective, Socksstore applies applicable consumer law. To cancel the order

Before the deadline for the return period expires, the goods you have received must be sent back to Socks Store. For your safety, you should keep your receipt from the post office or similar, which refers to the shipment. You must mention whether you want a similar product or a refund of your money. If you choose a refund, you will not be refunded the shipping costs. When Socks Store replaces the product, the corresponding products will be shipped within three business days. If the product is not in stock, your money will be refunded.
