At Socks Store (parent company – Fledge Sverige AB; org.nr 559135-3387 and VAT number: SE559135338701) we know how important it is to have a short delivery time. Therefore, we promise to ship your order within two working days. Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with invoice and order information with tracking number. Customers can now track the package. A copy of the tracking number will also be sent as an SMS to the mobile phone. Therefore, we recommend that customers always provide their mobile phone number when shopping in the Socks Store online store. Then, the customer can track this package until it reaches the shipping address. For the delivery of our goods, we use Swedish postal services within the Nordic region and DHL for addresses outside the Nordic region. When this package arrives at the nearest delivery point, the customer receives an SMS with information about the package and the address where they can pick it up.

Agreement
All prices are set by Socks Store. A binding contract between you (age must be over 18 years) as a customer and the pantyhose store. When the customer places an order, the order must be approved by Socks Store. Socks Store will send you a confirmation email when an order has been received and delivery is on its way. The customer can only purchase products in the Socks Store online store as a private individual (the age must be over 18 years old). Not a business customer.
Prices and payment
All prices include VAT and other costs but not the shipping cost. The current tax rate is set out in the Socks Store online store for the product. Socks Store has the ability to change prices and other costs, for example due to changes in the tax rate and additional costs, increased costs or due to average price development for customers based in Sweden or other countries. All prices of the products are inclusive of 25% VAT. At checkout, the customer can see how much they pay, including VAT and excluding VAT. Regardless of whether the customer shops outside Sweden or not, you as a customer must pay 25% in VAT.
Delivery
Customers must pay for the delivery. But sometimes it can be free of charge if the customer buys a certain amount of products. Socks Store only sells products to customers from Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany and the United Kingdom. If someone places orders outside of these countries, the order will automatically be cancelled and the money refunded. As we do not currently have a delivery agreement outside of these countries, we try not to accept orders outside of these countries.
A Swedish postal service called PostNord delivers all products. Postnord typically takes two business days to deliver the product in Sweden and four business days to deliver in Finland, Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Denmark. This time is calculated based on reasonable conditions. However, in the case of natural disasters, other political issues or customs issues, it may take longer than the usual estimated time. In this case, Socks Store will notify the customer by email with full details of the delay.
Once customers have placed their order, we will immediately send you a confirmation email. If the product is registered for delivery, notifications and shipping information will be sent via email. The customer can contact Socks Stores customer service via email to find out the status of their purchases. In this case, the customer must enter the unique order number. We always ask our customers to fill out the address form correctly so that we can deliver the goods on time.
If we are unable to deliver within the agreed period, the customer will be immediately informed of the reason for the delay and the new delivery time. The consumer then has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the product is not delivered on time.
E-mail contact:
We usually try to respond to the message within 24 hours, but during peak hours or weekends it can take up to 48 hours. Customers are always welcome to visit the store if they want to meet someone who is physically responsible.
